Better Call Centers with AI

Collaborating with a network management company aiming to revitalize its 20-year-old business with AI technology, we dived into improving call center service quality direction. Our tech team conducted design sprints and a Proof of Concept to explore how AI could optimize customer-agent interactions and extract valuable data insights for smarter business decisions. This system not only supports agents and supervisors in real-time but also provides strategic insights from customer communications, effectively merging AI with the company's long-standing business expertise.


Reviving Traditional Calligraphy with AI-Driven Typography

In a project blending technology with tradition, we utilized AI to study the works of renowned Chinese calligraphers, applying this knowledge to develop various software tools and processes to expedite the creation of professional Chinese typefaces. This approach reduced production time by at least 50%, preserving the art of calligraphy while advancing the efficiency of typography design.


Loyalty Program for Retail Growth through NFT in China

Before the NFT was regulated in China, we helped a Chinese startup launch an NFT-based digital product aimed at enhancing customer engagement for small and medium-sized retail stores. This initiative unlocked new opportunities by leveraging NFT to tap into overlooked data insights, changing the way small businesses connect with customers.


Revitalizing In-Store Experience for Global Sports Brand

For a globally renowned sports brand, we embarked on a program to improve their in-store experience. The project started out by researching the relationships between different distribution and reseller network. We developed and implemented a digital training system to elevate different retail stores' performance. Addressing the challenges posed by inconsistent hiring standards and ineffective training methods, our solution replaced conventional booklets with an engaging, interactive digital platform, catering to a massive workforce.

    Simon, a proud alumnus of Zhejiang University's Technology and Design Lab, holds a Master's degree in Design Studies. He specializes in the intersection of font design, AIGC algorithm, and computation, dedicating his research to parametric font design and intelligent seal engraving.

    His work has earned him numerous accolades in font design and innovative entrepreneurship. Simon's academic journey also includes a stint at MIT in bioinformatics, where he made significant contributions, co-authoring a publication in 'Science' as the second author.
